Let 's Have Breakfast

 

              The morning rush is commonly experienced by students or employees. There are several reasons why someone didn't start the day with breakfast. Or there's also consider breakfast or breakfast is less important, even is one way to reduce weight by reducing the influx of food in the morning. Actually , what is important to start the day with breakfast ?
 The advantage of breakfast
            Breakfast is important to do. The reason is while sleeping for approximately 8 hours of our body there is no food that goes in the body while activities such as breathe, move or other light activity remains running. Consequently the sugar levels in the body is very low. While the morning start physical activity, such as travel to the office, think or necessity of concentration in order to perform well. All of this requires the presence of energy and the energy obtained from food that is eaten.
             By eating good food, will make the body feel full and will be uplifting to perform the activity. You will not feel lethargic or preoccupied by starving belly. A healthy breakfast can help lower cholesterol levels. In emotion, breakfast can be a place of gathering of all members of the family, mutual story-telling, communicate and draw closer to the emotions. This is a good thing to create a harmonious family. Therefore don't forget to breakfast!
